With the ability to record and track students and staff, within the specific bubble with a case of suspected COVID-19 you are able to instantly react if the result of a test is positive.

You can also detail when the student was collected, when their isolation period ends, if they were sent home with a self-testing kit and any other information that is relative to the case.

Using customised locations, simply adding 'At home' or 'Offsite' you can even add if a parent/carer has notified you of a student having symptoms outside of school. This will keep a full record of any potential case as well as giving your school/trust one, central point with all COVID-19 related records.

Keep necessary staff up-to-date

Automated email alerts allow specific staff members, whether in your school or at trust level, to be notified as soon as a suspected case of COVID-19 has been recorded.

This allows for an immediate and efficient response to help safeguard students in your school.

Medical Tracker will automatically track how many suspected COVID-19 cases have been recorded which can then be exported to .csv, emailed or simply kept for record retention purposes.

Follow-ups and notes can be added to keep track of, if testing kits were given, return dates for specific students and further information provided by the parent in a chronological ordering system.

MEDICAL TRACKER HAS BEEN USED TO RECORD OVER 2 MILLION INCIDENTS

Edward Wilson Primary School
All the issues we had with the manual system have been resolved by using Medical Tracker. The ability to communicate easily with families and have a record of having done so, notifications of medication and care plan expiry dates, easier record-keeping, no need to trawl back over lots of accident books to find a previous incidents. Also more information available with regard to the children, frequency of visits, areas of the building where accidents are occurring.

It's reduced the time spent filling out first aid records and has allowed for quick search to pull up historic incidents. Medical Tracker has enabled us to eliminate the challenges we previously faced and I think this application would benefit any school. The Medical Tracker team set-up the automated link with our MIS, Bromcom. Every 24 hours our student and staff data automatically syncs which made the set-up quick and easy. A number of schools within my trust have now also started using the software.

Automated email alerts help keep schools informed of serious incidents, head injuries, expiring medication and expiring first aid qualifications. Special medical needs alerts also automatically pop up when recording incidents. It has made everything easier, children's names are spelt correctly, reports for medication and an easy overall view of our incidents and medication.
