What happens once I submit our details?
1. MIS integration: You will be provided with a link to authorise data sharing between your MIS and Medical Tracker.
2. Online kick-off session: Following the integration, you will receive a booking link to schedule an online one-to-one kick-off session with your dedicated Customer
Success Agent.
3. Configuring your account: Post-training, specific tasks will be assigned to set-up Medical Tracker according to your school's requirements for managing student and staff health records.
4. Support: Throughout the contract period, you will have access to unlimited telephone and email support, access to an extensive knowledge base as well as monthly training webinars.
