Schools are now using Medical Tracker.
Built in school, for schools.
Medical Tracker was conceived by a School Business Manager in a North London school to relieve the burden of managing health records through outdated paper-based systems.
After seven years navigating the chaos of flyaway accident slips, manual medication stock management, and fragmented audit trails, Luke O'Dwyer reached a clear conclusion: this is not good enough. With no adequate alternative available, he created Medical Tracker.
As you can imagine, the platform looked very different 10 years ago! Today, Medical Tracker digitises and centralises healthcare and incident records. Our all-in-one platform streamlines reporting, improves clarity, and ensures information is available when it is needed the most.
Aligning care, communication, and compliance, Medical Tracker enables schools to work efficiently and confidently so they can focus on what matters most: teaching and supporting students.
A future where every child's health is understood, supported, and never overlooked - in every school and educational context.
We build technology to move from reactive to proactive, giving staff and leadership the visibility to safeguard every pupil, every day.
