A pattern, not a coincidence
Four visits, every Tuesday, always before Maths. On their own, each is a routine first-aid incident. Together, they're a question worth asking: Is Sarah struggling with something or someone in that lesson?
This is where a member of staff steps in. A conversation, a check-in, a safeguarding referral if needed. Where relevant, that incident can be sent straight to CPOMS, so pastoral and safeguarding teams see it too.
Medical Tracker isn't a mental health or wellbeing platform, and it was never built to replace one. It logs incidents accurately and lets leadership teams see the patterns behind them, the rest is down to the people who know their pupils best.
