The Medical Tracker Care to Share referral scheme, as of June 2025, is a request-only scheme.

If you are a customer of Medical Tracker and wish to join the scheme, you can notify us via the form below:

Your unique referral code is the most critical aspect of the referral process. We use this code to track which schools refer others.

Once a school has completed a demonstration and subscribed to Medical Tracker, following your referral, we will credit the discount onto your next renewal invoice.

Upon receiving the invoice for your renewal, you will see a 25% discount coupon added for each successfully referred school.

No. Schools within Multi-Academy Trusts can refer Medical Tracker to schools outside the Trust only.

If you or your MAT leadership team are exploring trust-wide subscription information, please let us know below. We are happy to explore flexible subscription models for MATs, but our Care to Share scheme is exclusively for individual schools.

We can only reward you with a 25% discount for up to four referrals per 12 months.

Any additional referrals within the same 12-month period will not be credited with a 25% discount.

The referral scheme will be reset only after a full calendar year has passed, and School A will have the opportunity to obtain a free renewal again.

Once you inform us of your intention to join the scheme, one of our team members will enrol you.

Any referrals that predate your Care to Share enrollment will not count towards a free renewal, and no discounts will be credited.

Why switch to Medical Tracker?

📈 The financial cost

Is first-aid really free?
Primary schools can pay up to £14,450 per year for a paper-based first-aid process; this can rise to almost £20,000 for secondary schools.

Many schools that we speak to aren't aware of the scale of the financial burden of a paper-based healthcare provision. When we dug deeper, the findings were alarming.

Medical departments can not only be utilised to make the school a safer place but also save thousands of pounds.

🤯 The non-financial cost

The healthcare space is going unchecked.

The School and Public Health Nurses Association (SAPHNA) released its ‘A Nurse for Every School’ petition in September 2024. This petition highlights the trend between deprivation and child health and the dwindling provision of school nurses across the UK.

This troubling trend coincides with a marked 35% decrease in school nurses since 2009.Download the petition.

🚑 The danger you don't see

"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts"

Both Medical Tracker and Kitt Medical have seen first-hand evidence of life-changing events, whether sudden anaphylaxis that requires urgent care to save a life or a life-threatening illness that is identified early.

Digital platforms like Medical Tracker enable schools to go beyond simply recording incidents. They allow staff to spot trends and patterns across time, pupils, and locations, giving leaders insight into safeguarding risks before they escalate.

💭 Are pupils sustaining repeated injuries?

💭 Are lunchtime accidents increasing?

💭 Is there a pattern of staff response that needs addressing?

At Medical Tracker, we strive to improve regional collaboration. We want to help more schools move from outdated, reactive (often paper-based) processes to more proactive, cost-effective ones, but we can’t always reach everyone.

With over 14,100,000 first-aid and medical incidents logged through Medical Tracker,  schools are demonstrating how modern processes can improve pupil safety, save staff time, and improve compliance.

With every WhatsApp, Facebook group, or local network meeting, we see more and more schools recommending Medical Tracker.

We don’t want this advocacy to go unrewarded.

Spread the word and care to share.
