Little Common Primary School

Our Customer Success team had reached out to Louise Moor, Headteacher at Little Common, as part of a routine satisfaction check-up. What Louise informed us of was not we expected to hear but something our whole team were proud and thankful to hear.

The school, like many others, had found itself relying heavily on a paper-based method of recording and storing medical incidents and information. 

Louise and her team are driven in their goal to nurture their students to become the best versions of themselves and send them on to the next stage of their educational journey with confidence and ability. With this in mind, Louise speaks of the advantages of Medical Tracker on Little Common.

"We use the reporting module to monitor which children attend the first aid room frequently to identify social, emotional and physical needs. This allows us to investigate issues and resolve them.

"The ability to see which areas have the most accidents enables us to monitor problem zones and to put extra measures in place to reduce risk and accidents".

What would Louise say to other schools still using paper-based methods?

"Like all new programmes it is tricky in the beginning but we have had continued support all through the stages to date and use the system very well."
