1. One time link access to records

If staff are in the middle of class or receive multiple automated notifications during lunchtime, they will want quick and easy access to the information they need.

Our new one-time link feature allows staff members to view records instantly without logging in.

2. Filter automated notifications for staff to specific year groups or classes only

When specific records are created on Medical Tracker, you can automatically alert specific staff members with email notifications to keep them up to date. You can now filter notifications by year groups and classes - great for teachers that work across multiple classes, heads of year or key stage leads.
